Why do I need to use my school e-mail address?

By limiting registration to only students, faculty, and staff with valid school e-mail addresses, we can help protect everyone that uses the site. Some schools do not provide *.edu e-mail addresses, and we are aware of that. If you attend such a school and your school hasn't been added to our list of exceptions, please
contact us and we will validate your registration if appropriate.
